All prices are given in EUR. If you want to pay in USD, please refer to MSN MoneyCentral for the current exchange rate.
The prices are tax-free, which means that if you live inside the EU (European Union),
you have to add 25% sales-tax to the price.
Any other local taxes will be paid by the customer at the time of receival.
Grading: I grade my pipes in 9 different categories, 4 for the smooth, 3 for the blasted and 2 for the rusticated ones.
The price range can vary, depending on the use of special materials (f.ex. tooth from mammoth, jewels etc.)
and custom orders. These add-ons will typically each add EUR 30-60 to the price.

Ordering: The ordering proces on this site occurs in realtime.
This means, that after pressing the Accept-button on the order page, the pipe is marked as booked, and can't be ordered by another customer.
Clicking the Order-button in the showroom doesn't book the pipe. It will only be booked, when you accept the order!
As a consequence, a faster customer may "overtake" a slower one, if he can quickly fill out the order form!
Upon confirming your order, you will receive an email with the full ordering information.
In all cases I will contact you personally, before I ship the pipe, especially if you have written any comments.
Payment & Delivery: If you want to buy one (or more) of my pipes, DON'T SEND ANY MONEY YET !!!!!
As mentioned above, I will contact you to agree on delivery, payment etc.
There are 3 ways you can pay for a pipe :
  1. Send a check, made payable in either EUR, USD or DKK according to the price of the pipe. My address is:

  2. Submit an International Money Order to: Den Danske Bank, 2-12 Holmens Kanal, DK-1092 Copenhagen K, Denmark (Telex 27000 - S.W.I.F.T. DABADKKK). Please use account numbers as stated below, depending on the currency:

  3. Order the pipe as cash on delivery. This is only possible to some countries, according to the rules and regulations from PostDanmark (the Danish mail-service).
The pipe is sent to you as insured letter/package. If we don't agree on anything else, I will send the pipe using a carrier of my own choice. You will receive a tracking# as soon as possible after shipping. Overseas delivery usually takes 4-5 days.
 
If you want to use another carrier (ex. PostDanmark, FedEx etc.), you may be charged extra for shipping. If so, I will contact you on email before the pipe is shipped.
 
If you want your pipes sent to a postoffice mailbox, please expect 3-4 days extra time for delivery, and please state your telephone number on the order page (the carrier wants it that way).
Satisfaction guaranteed: If you in any way are dissatisfied with your pipe upon recieval, feel free to return it in its original condition.
There is a money-back guarantee on all my pipes.
Furthermore, if your new pipe is damaged later on, return it to me and I will fix the pipe free of charge
(unless you've used the pipe as a hammer, been smoking while riding your bike etc.), or replace it, if it can't be fixed.
